World Humanitarian Day, which the United Nation holds annually to honor
aid workers who have lost their lives in the line of duty, on Monday.
The 31-year old ‘Halo’ singer spoke to Novak, the third-grader at Eastchester Elementary School, about the organization and its lifesaving work and highlighted the need to be ‘unselfish’ and have compassion, in order to impact the world, People Magazine reported.
On being quizzed by the Kid President on what she thinks is needed in the world, Beyonce said that the world needed more strong empowered men and women as the world needs more strength.
