Madhuri Dixit and Shahrukh Khan are headed to new Zealand to perform at Vector Arena in October for the “Temptation Reloaded” show. Bollywood stars gathered a team of 110 cast and crew to work on the one-night show of singing, dancing, pyrotechnics and visual effects.
Dixit has been listed as 2008’s best Bollywood Actress, while Khan was named “the world’s biggest movie star” by the Los Angeles Times.
According to NZ Herald, SRK was a major drawcard for fans, especially women, given how infrequently such major Bollywood stars travel to Auckland.

Other Bollywood stars, such as Katrina Kaif, will appear in the two-hour extravaganza featuring performances from the biggest Bollywood blockbusters.
High ticket prices range from $199 to $650 for a VIP package, which may unfortunately steer younger members of the Indian community away from attending the event. Ashok Darji, Auckland Indian Association president, said that despite October being a busy month of festivals in the community, people would definitely go to see the show.
The show is expected to completely sell out, filling all 12,000 seats in the house.
“It’s on track to sell out,” said Sandra Roberts, a New Zealand publicist.
Roberts said that the event would be the biggest Bollywood show ever seen in New Zealand.
“Temptation Reloaded” has sold out in over 12 countries around the world such as the U.S., UK, Europe, Gulf States and Asia. This year, the show will be taking place at Auckland’s Vector Arena on October 4 for the very first time.
