Kareena Kapoor may not have kids

Kareena Kapoor tied the knot with Saif Ali Khan in October last year. So, for the last few months, everyone’s been agog to hear the good news from the couple. However, there is none. Not just that, Kareena throws in a shocker.

“Earlier it was when are they going to get married? Now everyone wants to know when is she having a baby? Who knows, I might even decide not to have kids. I am just 32. And Saif already has 2 kids. We are not a typical Indian couple who get married just so they can have a child. We are modern,” Kareena Kapoor tells Marie Claire magazine in an interview.

Kareena also goes on to bust the myth that an actress becomes somewhat a pariah in the industry after her marriage.

“I am working with Imran Khan who is younger! After my marriage. Isn’t that enough to bust this theory?” she says, adding, “I think people who think that married actresses are over are jaded. And I don’t hang out with archaic people. We are in 2013. And it was my choice to get married and still pursue my career. Saif is like why do people ask us about our marriage all the time. And no wonder India is still in the dinosaurs age,” says Kareena Kapoor, once again implying that she and Saif are ‘modern’ people.
