After
reportedly escaping a sea storm during the Thailand schedule of
Siddharth Anand’s Bang Bang a week ago, Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif
had a tough time reaching Santorini, Greece, for the second schedule.
“We were stuck at Athens airport for almost a day on our way to Thira
(Santorini) as our flight got cancelled due to bad weather,” says a crew member.
He reveals that entire cast and crew had to spend 18 hours inside the airport. “It was a very tiring experience. We tried to make ourselves comfortable on the lounge chairs, but most people preferred to sit on the floor. It was very difficult to kill time; a lot of us roamed around the airport, but no one was in the mood to shop. Katrina and Hrithik preferred to spend the time either resting or chatting with everyone. By the time we reached Thira, we were terribly exhausted,” says the source. Bang Bang is an action-adventure produced by Fox Star India. It is the official remake of Hollywood film Knight and Day (2010) that stars Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz in the lead roles.
