Kim tried to remain composed throughout, keeping her posture as she elegantly used her feet to move the material to the side.
But finally she gave up and just held the dress up with her one hand as she walked into the restaurant, no doubt relieved to have made it there without tripping.
Kim accentuated her large baby bump with the tight dresse, which hugged her curves to perfection.
She teamed the frock with a tailored white blazer and simple black leather sandals, which showcased her red-painted toenails.
She wore her dark hair slicked back in a low ponytail, and kept her makeup neautral, opting for a nude lipstick.
Kim arrived back in Los Angeles on Thursday after flying to Paris for a photoshoot with her mother Kris Jenner.
