Danny O'Donoghue was faced with an
agonising decision on Saturday night as two of his best performers were
pitted against each other in the battle stage of The Voice.
The Irishman was kicking himself after placing Karl and Nadeem in the same round of the BBC talent show.
Both boys had been struggling to make it in the music industry - with Karl previously loosing a recording deal and Nadeem finding redemption in music from a drug addiction - leaving Danny torn over which to send home.

Opting to work as a team instead of
competing, the lads wanted to give the best performance possible as they sand Red by Daniel Merriweather on the battle stage.
The boys arguably gave the performance of the series so far, with both voices soaring during the musical fight.
Unable to hide their admiration for each other, they hugged it out as they waited for Danny to reach his decision.
