As well as telling her only girl friends Olivia and Fran Newman-Young Phoebe also told Jamie Laing that Lucy and Alex are not right for each other. 
She deplored: 'I don’t think Lucy and alex are very compatible,' before adding: 'He has said to me he pretty much loves me still.'
Jamie was in a bit of an awkward position given he had just rectified things with Lucy, admitting that he did in fact kiss her in the hot tub in Verbier.

Trying to warn Alex off Lucy didn't seem to work too well, so Phoebe decided it would be appropriate to mark her territory in the guise of caring for her ex-boyfriend, but really she was telling Lucy to back the hell off.
As ever Lucy gave as good as she got labelling the blonde a 'cold bitch' she told her it was none of her business.
Just moments before her confrontation with Pheobe, Lucy had actually conceded that she had in fact been using Alex to test her feelings for Spencer, which since his text message appeared to be stronger than ever.

Binky wisely noted: 'Alex has been a distraction,' before adding: 'At least you realise that you do have these feelings for Spencer.'
While Phoebe was recounting her argument with Lucy to Jamie Spencer rings and reveals he is in Barcelona.
He entrusts Jamie to bring out a group to see him, he doesn't want to return to London quite yet, but appears to be suffering from a fear of missing out.
