item track Babli Badmash may not have received as overwhelming a response as expected, but the actress has shot for another dance number called Pinky for her movie Zanjeer.
The pretty Priyanka Chopra will be showing her killer moves in an item number reportedly titled Pinky in the film. The song is choreographed by Ganesh Acharya, who is at his best while directing any item track. Acharya is associated with item numbers like Halkat Jawaani, Chikni Chameli and Chamma Chamma.
Singer Mamta Sharma of Munni Badnaam Hui fame has given her voice to the song. In an interview she said, “I have done a song for Priyanka in Zanjeer that is being choreographed by Ganesh Acharya. You will get to hear it in say two months' time when the trailer of the film will be out.”
Some stills from the song have already hit the web. As the title of the song suggests, Priyanka Chopra will look pinkalicious in it, wearing the dresses by Pria Kataria Puri.
As for now Zanjeer 2.0 is in a legal soup and the makers have been asked not to air the trailers of the movie.
Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, Zanjeer 2.0 marks the Bollywood debut of Ram Charan Teja, son of Telugu star Chiranjeevi. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Prakash Raj and Mahie Gill in pivotal roles. The movie’s Telugu version is named Toofan
