These days, the tech experts are highly speculating regarding the
high-end devices that might come in future. In fact, the speculations
related to upcoming flagship models are filling up the mobile space. At
the same time, these are not only restricted to market dominators
including Apple and Samsung, but also to Nokia - the Finnish tech firm
striving hard to regain its lost foothold in the market.
Recently, the company made waves in the Windows Phone 8 market segment with the launch of Lumia 520 and Lumia 720, thereby letting the consumers who do not want to shed more money on smartphone purchases. Hence, the company has made these handsets reasonably priced with better specifications.
Further, as the rivals including Apple and Samsung are working on iWatch and Smart Watch, it is wise to expect a similar device from Nokia as well in the future. From the concepts of the device posted below, being a part of Lumia series, it seems like the watch will come in bright colors with the ability to sync with handsets. Interestingly, running on Windows Phone platform, the watch is shown having a front camera for video calling.
At the same time, Nokia is also being rumored to launch Catwalk, a replacement of Lumia 920 and is rumored to come with a polycarbonate shell that the company has used in all of its high-end Windows Phone handsets in favor of an aluminum build. Also, new device will be relatively thinner and lighter than the current flagship smartphone of Nokia - Lumia 920. It is speculated to come with similar internal and hardware specs as Lumia 920.
Nokia is also rumored to be working on a Lumia smartphone with Windows Phone 8 and real PureView camera technology. The handset codenamed EOS is rumored to come with a 4.3 inch capacitive touchscreen display with HD resolution, 1.5GHz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor and Adreno 320 graphics processor. As of now, the other specs remain a mystery.
While the tech world is eagerly awaiting these devices to come into existence, the Nokia fanboys have started creating designs and concepts of the same. Below is an attractive slideshow hinting at what might be interesting to see in future from Nokia.
