CSIR notified for Joint CSIR UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) June 2013

Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) on 28 January 2013 notified for Joint CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test (NET). The test will be conducted on 23 June 2013 for the award of Junior Research Fellowship and to determine the eligibility for the recruitment of lecturers in 6 subjects under the faculty of Science & Technology at 26 centres across the nation. The application procedure will begin from 5 February 2013 and will end on 2 March 2013.
Candidates who have completed their MSc or Equivalent degree with a minimum of marks as assigned to their individual category can apply for the test. The recruitment will be made on the basis of merit in Written Test (single paper MCQ based test) in all the six subjects namely Chemical Sciences, Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences and Engineering Sciences.

CSIR conducts Joint CSIR UGC NET Examination 2012 twice a year under the faculty of Science & Technology.
