EAMCET 2013 Application Form Date | Hall Ticket

As per the latest notifications released, the candidates have to fill their Recent Second Year Hall Ticket Number while filling the application form for EAMCET 2013. The candidates who apply with their first year hall ticket number will be rejected.
The EAMCET 2013 Application Forms have been released on 15th of February, 2013.
The candidates have to fill the EAMCET 2013 Application Form ONLINE only. They can CLICK HERE or visit the official website https://www.apeamcet.org and fill out form.
Prior to filling the form, they should keep the following information ready:
  1. Hall ticket Number of S.S.C./ equivalent
  2. Hall ticket Number of H.S.C/ equivalent
  3. Date of Birth
  4. PH, NCC, Sports etc
  5. Caste( ST/BC/SC candidates)
  6. Income more or less than Two Lakhs
  7. Proof of local status.
Candidates will be asked for certificates of all of the above mentioned documents at time of counselling.
During the filling of EAMCET 2013 Application Form, the candidates will be directed to the payment gateway where they will have to pay Rs. Rs. 250/- to initiate the EAMCET 2013 Application From filling process via one of the following two modes:
  1. E-SEVA/Mee - Seva/AP ONLINE
  2. DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD
The candidates who want to apply for Engineering, Medical and Agriculture should carefully check that they have filled the option-“E &AM Category” together in the online EAMCET 2013 Application Form. The candidates who do not do so, may be allotted different centers for both exams that will be held on one day and hence will not be able to give both of them
After completely filling the online EAMCET 2013 Application Form, the candidates are advised to verify the information filled by them. After that they can “SUBMIT” the form.
After submitting the form, the printable version of the EAMCET 2013 Application Form will be available which will bear the unique Registration Number for every candidate and this is to be preserved till the admission process is complete.
After this, the candidates are advised to remain in contact with the website regularly, to know the various updates of the exam.
The candidates can verify their EAMCET 2013 Application Form status by entering some information on the website on the portal for status check and can be assured about their application reception.
The last dates for EAMCET 2013 Form submission are as under:
Without late fee:                           last week of March 2013
With Late Fee (Rs. 500/-):             First week of April 2013
With Late Fee (Rs. 1000/-):          Third week of April 2013
With Late Fee (Rs. 5000/-):          Last week of April 2013
With Late Fee (Rs. 10000/-):        First week of May 2013
The candidates who submit EAMCET 2013 Application Form with a late fee of Rs. 5000/- and Rs. 10000/- will be allocated Test Center in Hyderabad/Secunderabad only.
