witness to grand bashes organised by its master and mistress – Shah Rukh
and Gauri Khan. But the one that is going to happen in the Holy month
of Ramadan has something special about it.
An entertainment daily has reported that
King Khan and his wife Gauri might soon be hosting an Iftar bash at
their palatial home Mannat.
The party would serve dual purpose. One, it will be a tactic to promote SRK and Deepika starrer ‘Chennai Express’, with a host of media persons in the guest list to cover the do. Two, perhaps, Shah Rukh and Gauri are in a mood to celebrate the arrival of a new bundle of joy in their lives, and hence, celebrating it in the Holy month is a great decision on their part.
Buzz has it that the guests at the do will be served really finger-licking Eid delicacies.
At one of the press conferences held a few days back, SRK has expressed a desire to host an Iftar party. “I would really like to celebrate the day apart from the religious sentiments attached to it for all the good things happening around me. I will celebrate it with the whole team of my film. I will keep a party at home and we will all meet,” said the actor.
