The University Grants Commission (UGC) will conduct National
Eligibility Test (NET) on 30th June 2013 for determining the eligibility
of Indian nationals for the Eligibility for Lectureship only or Junior
Research Fellowship (JRF) and Eligibility for Lectureship both in Indian
universities and colleges.
Maximum age & qualification
Junior
Research Fellowship: The age limit for the eligible candidates not more
than 28 years as on 01.06.2013. For SC/ST/ PWD/OBC and who having
research experience in relevant/related subject of post-graduation
degree candidates age not more than 33 years as on 01.06.2013. For
L.L.M. Degree candidates age not more than 31 years.
Lectureship: There is no age limit for applying for lectureship eligibility.
